PROGRAM NOTE

¡Bienvenido júbilo! or Jubilant Overture is a fast and energetic opener for symphony orchestra. The piece is like a musical tapestry, inspired by other music to which I pay homage. It was commissioned by Kevin Noe and the Florida Orchestra Association for the All-State Florida Orchestra.
